Flavour and Fragrance Journal
Flavour and Fragrance Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, published since 1985 by John Wiley & Sons. In six issues per year, it publishes original research articles, reviews and special reports on all aspects of flavour and fragrance.
The current Editor-in-Chief is Alain Chaintreau from Firmenich SA, Switzerland.[1]

The 2009 Impact Factor is 1.266. It is ranked number 29 out of 64 in the Applied Chemistry category and 49 out of 118 in the Food Science and Technology category.[2]
